Neil Mukesh seems to be obsessed with the name Johnny. He is all set to make his debut in Sriram Raghvan’s Johnny Gaddar but before this film releases, Neil has already started shooting for his next film titled Tera Kya Hoga Johnny. TKHJ is directed by Sudhir Mishra under the banner of Pixion Shahnab. The film also stars Karan Nath, Saurabh Shukla and Kay Kay Menon.

Calling the two films to be poles apart and highlighting the story of Tera Kya Hoga Johnny, Neil says, “The story of the film is brilliant. It is a story of two protagonists, Soha Ali Khan and me; both our stories run parallel in the film. It revolves around a young street kid called Johnny who has his own setup with these two characters and has his hopes pinned up on these two characters.”

On asking Sudhir Mishra the reason behind selecting Neil as the lead actor, he says, “Neil is a promising actor who has great screen presence. He easily fits in the bill as far as my film’s character is concerned.” Excited about his venture he adds, “The story revolves around this street kid called Johnny and his relationship between the other characters in the film. It is an aspiration movie showing a futuristic Mumbai on the lines of Shanghai. In this busy world, no one has the time care about this street kid who sells notebooks on the roads for living. The kid plays a vital role in the lives of the protagonists and gives these characters a new hope in life. The film will be shot on the roads of Mumbai.

While shooting for Tera Kya Hoga Johnny, Neil Mukesh is also anxious about his forthcoming release Johnny Gaddar which would hit the screens on September 28. Johnny Gaddar also stars Dharmendra, Vinay Pathak, Zakir Hussain, Ashwini Kalsekar and Rimii Sen.
